A lot of stuff happened in my year '22 in terms of coding!
Here's a summary of the projects that saw the light during 2022.
JANUARY - JULY 2022
NFTsAsGifts presentation for DeveloperDAO

🎫 Simple app that lets you build a Twitter banner with your POAPs
🧠 Did this project with my friend Don to help him learn ReactJS. It had some cool parts, like the POAP API, downloading assets, and using HTMLCanvas to generate the banner
👀 For some time it got a lot of traction
Piano Password Coding Session
🎹 We coded a piano password website, to practice JS and CSS. it was so much fun!
💣 That day i met Justus. That day was huge! I should do that more often
Women Of Crypto
🤑 Sold out in 12 hours!!! It made 1.7K ETH ($4.8M USD back then) in sales that night, Feb 3rd
🧠 Learned: allow lists, merkle trees, solidity unit testing, test coverage, metadata, pre-reveal, smart contract audit, and so much more!
📊 I also made a custom dashboard (like a fancy Etherscan) to track the mints real-time, with sounds + discord bot notifications. It was so fun to use it on that magical day!
💣 During the sale day, extremely high traffic affected the database, and problems were solved on-site real-time. it was frantic, crazy, unreal… but we did it!!!

Fugly Forest
🌳 @0xShynn, @DonFungible, and me built a full website + contracts for a web3 social experiment around "funny & ugly" trees.
😿 Unfortunately, this project wasn’t finally launched.
🧪 For a couple of months, we built a game into the smart contract, applying rules to future NFT transfers, creating a fun war game with different prizes and motivations
🧠 I discovered my passion for solidity unit testing! I made like 120 different test cases, with 100% coverage and all! It was so much fun!!
Kevin Crypto Punks
🐸 The Pixelmon Kevin was a trend, and we helped an artist launching an NFT collection around it
🚀 We built it all in less than a week, super simple and sweet!
🙃 If fail to succeed. It had no marketing/followers.. It was an attempt at something trendy. You never know!
✅ The website and the contracts were perfect tho! (but no one will know)
🧠 At this point we became very familiar with ERC721A, and we loved every minute of it!
MetaKami
📺⚔️🐱🎌👹 NFT project with japanese animal manga-related theme
🧠 Worked really hard on lots of details of the website! Smooth transitions. Cool minting experience. And using custom solidity errors for the first time!
📕 After the mint, holders have been voting on the storyline of a set of manga chapters
📉 Sales weren't as good as expected. Bear market was real. Lots of learning here

💡🤯 Suddenly I saw lots of possible use cases for something like this
🧪 I wanted to test it. It worked! Made a landing page for it. Had a lot of fun.

🐸 I noticed that everything is more fun using Pepes

Doom Scrolls
🕹️ This website like an adventure game. Fun wassie-related minting experience.
🧠 I learned to integrate wagmi at a very pro level here. Also implemented burning-to-mint.
😿 The project did not sell as expected. But all the time building it, the whole journey, was really good.
AI Therapist
🧠 In October I started fucking around with OpenAI API
🗨️ I made a conversational interface to use GPT3 as a therapist (what could go wrong?)
😱 This was before ChatGPT existed!! 😆
🏆 I had lots of fun building the UI and asking crazy things to davinci. Cool experience. But please don't use it, ChatGPT is so much better!!
Rafi Lounge
😎 Don and I made a website + contracts for a fancy Lounge in Malibu California! ⛱️
🧠 Sales weren't good, but my game on the frontend reached new heights, also included Credit Card payments using Winter.

🫘 For Azuki lovers, we built an online store of custom shirts for your Beanz!
✨ Lots of details, from Figma to the website, lots of love and effort behind this project
Smol Coders
🧑🎨 I fell in love with Midjourney and I started creating thousands of cute animals using computers
💸 All royalties (10% of each secondary sale) is going to LaptopDAO
🤯 It sold out in less than a minute! Thanks for everyone who made it happen!
🤑 So far (1 month) the project made 0.9 ETH!! We will buy 4 laptops with that money. Insane! I still can't believe it
